Research on identifying main factors affecting building carbon reaching the peak based on DEMATEL-ISM method

This paper takes the influencing factors of peaking building carbon dioxide emissions as research object, finds out 14 from 7 main bodies, including material suppliers, design units, owners, construction customers, governments and society then analyzes achieving goal peak neutralization by using triangular fuzzy number, DEMATEL(Decision Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory)and ISM (Interpreting structural models)methods. The results show that formulation relevant policies regulations is essential cause emissions; Low-carbon materials, green logistics, structure, low energy consumption, party contractor selection, operation, technology innovation are surface causes. three have a great impact on target consumer preference, regulations, indicators. Finally, according to results, suggestions put forward achieve emissions.
